Overview

Audit Coordination Specialist position based in Cebu, Philippines. We seek someone to be the primary contact for our customer’s suppliers and factories to ensure inspections and audits are scheduled in a timely manner. The role requires delivering excellent customer service to accounts, suppliers and factories and representing client needs within the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Supplier Communication: Engage with suppliers in the EMEA region to gather necessary information for audit scheduling, fostering positive relationships and collaboration.
  • Inquiry Management: Provide timely and clear responses to suppliers\' basic inquiries, ensuring they receive the support they need.
  • Audit Scheduling: Manage and allocate audit schedules for auditors, considering their qualifications to ensure efficient and effective audits.
  • Client Support: Address and resolve client queries with a positive, solution-oriented approach, ensuring client satisfaction and trust in our services.
Qualifications General
  • Proficient with computer applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • No experience required; some experience is a plus.
Specific
  • Bachelor's degree in International Business/Trade/Relations or related field.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English.
Work Schedule

Flexible working hours, including day and night shifts and weekend on-duty shifts to meet global client needs.

Authority

Report directly to the Audit Operations Manager - EMEA.

Evaluation

Periodic evaluations every 6 months.
