About the role Join our dynamic team at Knoll Ridges Consultancy, Inc. as a Regulatory Affairs Assistant. In this full‑time position based in Taguig City, Metro Manila, you will play a vital role in supporting our Pharmaceutical regulatory compliance efforts. Leveraging your expertise, you will ensure our products meet all necessary industry standards and regulations. What you’ll be doing Assisting in the preparation and submission of regulatory documents, including new product applications, variations, and renewals Tracking and monitoring regulatory deadlines and timelines to ensure timely compliance Conducting research and analysis to stay up‑to‑date with the latest regulatory changes and requirements Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to gather and consolidate necessary information for regulatory submissions Providing administrative support for the Regulatory Affairs team, such as document management and filing Participating in internal training and development initiatives to continuously enhance your regulatory expertise What we’re looking for Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field 1–3 years of experience in a Regulatory Affairs or Compliance role within the Pharmaceutical industry Excellent research, analytical, and problem‑solving skills Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure Proficient in MS Office suite and familiar with regulatory submission software Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively A keen interest in staying up‑to‑date with the latest regulatory requirements and industry trends What we offer At Knoll Ridges Consultancy, Inc., we are committed to providing a supportive and nurturing work environment.
