The Role: We’re hiring a Chief Technology Officer to lead AMIHAN’s product and technology roadmap end‑to‑end—owning token design ($LAND), on/off‑chain architecture, security, custody integrations, and the data/reporting stack that underpins NAV and treasury transparency. You’ll partner closely with the CEO, legal/compliance, treasury, and BD to ship a secure, compliant, and scalable platform. What You’ll Do: Own the Technical Strategy: Define chain/layer selection, scaling, custody, oracle design, and data pipelines that connect real‑world assets (RWA) to the $LAND and $CRDT tokens. Tokenomics & Smart Contracts: Lead design/implementation of token mechanics (issuance, whitelisting, vesting, transfers, treasury policy hooks), write/review Solidity/Move/Rust as needed, and oversee external audits. Core Platform Build: Architect investor onboarding flows (KYC/AML provider integration, SOF/SOW), subscription/settlement rails (fiat/USDC), whitelisting, and admin consoles with robust role‑based access controls. NAV & Proof‑of‑Treasury: Stand up a verifiable NAV/oracle pipeline (price sources, attestations, data integrity, reconciliation) and recurring proof‑of‑reserves/holdings. Security & Compliance Posture: Implement secure key management (HSM/Fireblocks/Copper), incident response, monitoring, logging, and change‑control; ensure marketing/flows respect jurisdictional restrictions (AI/PI only). Team & Vendor Leadership: Build and lead a small, senior engineering team; manage external auditors, security vendors, and dev firms; own sprint/roadmap hygiene. Quality & Delivery: Establish SDLC, code review standards, CI/CD, infra‑as‑code, test coverage, and release management across smart contracts and web services. Stakeholder Comms: Translate complex technical topics into executive/investor‑friendly narratives; contribute to DDQ/IC materials. Qualifications: Must‑Haves 7–12+ years in software engineering with 3+ years leading teams; past CTO/Head of Engineering or founding‑engineer experience. Production experience with blockchain product development (DeFi, RWA, custody, tokenization, or exchanges). Hands‑on proficiency in software architecture and at least one smart‑contract language (Solidity strongly preferred). Demonstrated ownership of security‑critical systems (key management, permissioning, incident response, audits). Strong project management and delivery discipline (roadmaps, metrics, on‑time releases). Excellent written/verbal communication; comfortable interfacing with investors, auditors, and regulators’ expectations. Nice‑to‑Haves Tokenomics design for NAV‑linked or yield‑bearing tokens; knowledge of vesting/lockups/whitelisting patterns. Experience integrating custody (Fireblocks, Copper, Coinbase Custody) and KYC/AML vendors (e.g., Sumsub, Sardine, Chainalysis/Travel Rule). Data engineering for price/NAV oracles; familiarity with Chainlink/UMA/Redstone or custom attestation layers. Knowledge of Reg D/Reg S, MAS SFA (s274/s275), MiCA best practices (coordination with legal/compliance). Infra: AWS/GCP, Docker/K8s, Postgres, TypeScript/Node, Python; CI/CD and IaC (Terraform).
