Job Description

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Manage hotel reservations, inquiries, and cancellations
  • Provide accurate details about availability, rates, and amenities
  • Process bookings efficiently and correctly
  • Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues as needed
  • Meet targets for productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of reservations and interactions

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • No experience required—we provide comprehensive training
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with reservation systems (e.g., GDS) is a plus but not required
  • Adaptable to changing customer needs; able to work independently or in a team
