Job Summary

We are seeking an IT Engineer (Voice & Telephony) to support, manage, and enhance our call center's voice and telephony infrastructure. The role ensures reliable and high-quality communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain voice and telephony systems (VoIP, PBX, SIP, call routing, etc.)
• Monitor system performance and address issues to ensure uptime
• Provide technical support for call center voice platforms
• Manage integrations between telephony platforms, CRM systems, and workforce tools
• Perform routine checks, upgrades, and patches
• Collaborate with IT, operations, and vendors
• Create and maintain documentation
• Train internal teams on telephony systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or related field (or equivalent)
• 2–4 years in IT support/engineering focused on voice/telephony
• Strong knowledge of VoIP, SIP, PBX, call routing, IVR
• Experience with call center platforms (Genesys, Avaya, Cisco, Five9) preferred
