Responsible for managing and coordinating production planning, procurement, process control, inventory management, and quality and delivery monitoring. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage production schedules to meet delivery deadlines. Handle procurement planning and ensure timely supply of raw materials and components. Monitor and control production processes to optimize efficiency and reduce downtime. Manage inventory levels, stock accuracy, and material flow. Prepare reports and analyze production data for forecasting and continuous improvement. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. At least 1–3 years of experience in production control, planning, or related fields (manufacturing experience preferred). Strong planning and coordination skills. Proficient in data analysis for demand forecasting and production efficiency. Excellent communication skills for cross-functional coordination. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP, and production management systems. Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
