Responsible for the entire selling function of the assigned floor area which includes: scheduling of personnel, monitoring of sales, maintenance of cleanliness and orderliness, handling of customer complaints, proper window, and merchandise display, etc.

Key Result Areas include Sales, Operations (Customer Service, Inventory Management, Visual Merchandising); People Management, Supervision, and Training.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field
• Retail experience is a MUST preferably in fashion
• Brand: Yves Rocher, TM Lewin, Parfois, Ever New, Etam, Levi's and Triumph
• Area of the assignment: Robinsons Galleria/East Ortigas

Benefits:

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Pasig City: Relatively commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

The Job Summary

The Warehouse Manager will be a key member of the New Vertical team responsible for leading a high-caliber team of Warehouse Operations.

Your job and responsibilities

• Maintains overall receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing operational procedures.
• Strict implementation of Warehouse Standard Operating Procedure in terms of safety, government compliance, utilities, administration, documentation, and personnel management.
• Maintains optimal physical condition of the warehouse, inspecting equipment, requesting a repair, and requisitions for replacement.
• Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with the data storage system.
• Achesives business financial objectives by maintaining optimal operations (facilities, and manpower in accordance with the prescribed budget per warehouse).
• Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
• Safeguard warehouse operations and contents by establishing and/or implementing security procedures and protocols.
• Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, inventory report, etc.) Close cooperation with other units to manage all warehouse relevant matters.

Must-have

• 3 - 5 years cumulative work experience - preferably within logistics / e-commerce / retail / warehousing sector.
• Experience in warehouse management - Setting up and scaling up warehouse operations is a plus.
• Experience in leading and/or participating in process improvement initiatives (from Data gathering to implementation and monitoring/control) related to improving operating levels.
• Experience in handling teams and multiple-shift environments.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, multicultural environment.
• Able to work with mínimal supervision.

Here are the job qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in business administration or other related courses.
• Has more than 5 years of experience managing a complex enterprise\'s human resources, finances, operations, or strategies.
• Proven ability to manage budgets in a similar role.
• Proficient operational and financial acumen.
• Strong ethical leadership abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Amenable to work onsite.
