Responsibilities
  1. Plans, organizes and oversee daily activities related to operations.
  2. Measures productivity by analyzing performance data and various reports.
  3. Determine organizational needs and requirements.
  4. Ensure delivery of operational KPIs and client targets.
  5. Work closely with the Director to develop strategic plans for the operations.
  6. Monitor adherence to rules, regulations, and procedures.
  7. Improve, formulate and implement policies and procedures in support of organizational goals.
  8. Coordinate with other departments as needed.
  9. Facilitate coordination and communication across all leadership/support functions.
  10. Anticipates and tracks operational risks and provide strategic solutions.
  11. Identifies trends and assess opportunities to improve processes and execution.
  12. Responsible for ensuring and improving the performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability of departamental and organizational operations through the provision of effective methods and strategies.
  13. Establishes and maintains professional relationships and engagement with the client.
  14. Communicate with the Project Managers/POC regarding project roll-outs including allocation, quality feedback skills requirement, tool/site issues and other escalations.
  15. Provide feedback and conduct coaching sessions with the leadership/support team.
  16. Create and generate important reports.
  17. Assist with hiring, trainings and promotions.
Requirements
  1. Experience in handling or managing a team
  2. Extensive knowledge in operations and project management
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  4. Ability to interpret data as needed to set operation goals
  5. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  6. Familiarity with business and financial principles
  7. Critical thinking and decision-making skills
  8. Adaptability and Flexibility
  9. Able to delegate tasks effectively
  10. Multitasking skills
  11. Strong work ethics and standards
  12. Knowledgeable in Google Workspace
