Your impact Our Salesforce data associate works closely with the APME Sales and Operations team to help them prevent their budget from exceeding the stipulated limit. We generate the right set of reports from the Salesforce tool that provides accurate analysis of the budget consumption. We develop various dashboards within CSP that serve as a one‑stop solution, such as the 101 dashboard that helps in accessing our performance with a particular client, and GID dashboards to measure GID engagement on the bids. This all accumulates to realistic projection of our business performance. Responsibilities Work on the Client Success Platform (CSP), a customized version of Salesforce used by our organization. Analyze data and create visualizations on the CSP platform and Sales Analytics (Tableau CRM) to ensure accurate data projection and forecasting. Create meaningful dashboards on Sales Analytics that help leadership monitor key business trends. Run and share Schedule 3 reports with designated stakeholders to analyze book‑to‑burn trends at a regular frequency within agreed timelines. Transfer knowledge to junior team members or new joiners to empower and equip them to extend support when required. Maintain excellent attention to detail with a clear focus on data quality. Work closely with Accounting and Finance, Sales Leads, and Subject Matter Experts to identify, investigate, and reconcile financial data and bid governance. Serve as a key element of the CSP data management team. Perform day‑to‑day data management, monitoring, support, and governance of the Client Success Platform. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or any relevant degree with around 7+ years of experience. Advanced knowledge of CRM tool(s). Advanced knowledge of Excel; proficient in formulas, VLOOKUP, Power BI, and automation. Strong data visualization skill. Data validation and governance expertise. Attention to detail and business analysis background.
