Role Summary The Credit Assessment Associate evaluates credit applications to assess customer or business creditworthiness. Your work spans multiple markets and involves analytical decision making, process improvement, and reporting. Responsibilities Approve or reject credit applications within the prescribed time frame. Verify client credit worthiness using internal data, external resources, submitted documents, and phone call verification. Complete daily reports for Team Leader review. Act as a Process Subject Matter Expert for credit assessment. Create new techniques and approaches to improve decision‑making efficiency. Drive insights, design, develop, and implement strategies, KPIs and quality management. Handle operations in different markets such as PH, SG, TH, MY, depending on assignment. Requirements Previous experience in Credit Assessment preferred. Knowledge of Credit Assessment trends, practices, laws, and regulations. Knowledge of Philippine ID verification. Experience in Financial Services, Banking, BPO, or related industry preferred. Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Atome by 2x. #J-18808-Ljbffr
