Responsibilities:

  1. Review required documents submitted by the insured to verify the compensability of the claim.
  2. Assess parts for comparison if repairs are to be done at non-dealership/Non-Casa locations.
  3. Update correct loss reserves in SC system.
  4. Properly tag claim costs in SC system.
  5. Review final reports and recommendations from independent adjusters.
  6. Review, validate, and verify letters to claims officers for approval.
  7. Schedule and assist with inspection requests.
  8. Assist Recovery unit in monitoring the removal of salvage and total loss units.
  9. Follow up on missing documents.
  10. Update clients on the status of their claims.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree holder.
  • Background in Motor Insurance or Automotive is an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of car engines, body parts, and spare parts.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Customer-oriented attitude.
  • Hardworking and diligent.
