Review and evaluate claims assigned to the claim handler.

Attend to inquiries from insured clients and walk-in customers at the assigned branch.

Approve LOA within the assigned authority limit, if applicable.

Maintain knowledge of claim documentation.

Assist with total loss documentation and the retrieval of salvage units.

Conduct monthly reviews of outstanding (O/S) claims.

Send letters regarding O/S claims.

Experience and Qualifications:
  • College Graduate
  • Knowledge and experience in Non-life Insurance products is a plus but not required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in administrative or customer service functions preferred.
