Now, we’re scaling up and need a video editor obsessed with turning raw footage into high-performing ads .

The Role

We’re hiring a Performance Video Editor who understands how to make ads convert — not just look good.

This isn’t basic content editing. You’ll take UGC, scripted content, and product clips and transform them into scroll-stopping ads for Meta & TikTok . Think fast cuts, engaging pacing, native-style overlays, and polished mockups that elevate the creative instead of cheapening it.

What You’ll Do
  • Edit UGC and scripted ad content into short, highly engaging ads (15–45s).
  • Use pacing and formatting that matches Meta/TikTok ad styles.
  • Add polish through mockups, animations, product demos, and overlays.
  • Pair visuals with music that amplifies tone, speed, and emotion.
  • Maintain consistency with brand quality — no generic templates or low-effort edits.
  • Collaborate closely with our Creative Strategist to bring briefs to life and deliver winning variations.
What We’re Looking For
  • Understanding of ad performance psychology (hooks, pacing, CTA moments).
  • Ability to elevate raw footage with motion graphics, overlays, and animations that feel native to the platform.
  • Eye for design and detail — knowing what “looks good” without hand-holding.
  • Comfortable repurposing UGC and raw creator footage into multiple variations.
Nice To Have
  • Familiarity with A/B testing creatives (multiple hooks/variants).
  • Experience with After Effects, Premiere, CapCut, or similar.
  • Ability to proactively suggest creative improvements and test ideas.
