Writer for Advertising Team

Job Summary:The Writer for the Advertising Team is responsible for crafting compelling, persuasive storylines that speak directly to the pain points and motivations of our target audience. This role plays a key part in developing hooks, creative angles, and copy templates that drive performance in ad campaigns. You will collaborate closely with advertisers, video editors, and the advertising supervisor to produce high-converting content that aligns with Seller's Hub's marketing objectives and brand voice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop persuasive advertising scripts and narratives that address the target market's specific needs and pain points.
• Create and test different hooks, storylines, and creative angles to optimize ad performance.
• Build copy templates and scripting formats for continuous A/B testing.
• Collaborate with the Advertising Supervisor, video editors, and advertisers during brainstorming and creative sessions.
• Work closely with video editors to ensure the final visual output aligns with the storyline and audience intent.
• Participate in analyzing ad content performance to refine and improve winning scripts
• Stay updated on advertising trends and competitor messaging to inspire fresh and effective content.

Qualifications:

• Strong command of persuasive writing in both English and Filipino (when required)
• Proven experience writing for advertising or marketing campaigns (video, short-form, or performance-based content)
• Skilled in creating high-converting copy based on target audience psychology
• Experience collaborating with creative teams (video editors, marketers, etc.)
• Portfolio of ad scripts or video content you've previously written is required
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, iterative, and data-driven environment

Pay: Php20, Php22,000.00 per month
