Are you a seasoned software leader with deep SAP ERP technical expertise and a passion for mentoring teams? Join our Technology / IT team as a Senior Software Development Supervisor , where you’ll lead high-impact ERP initiatives and empower teams to deliver scalable, secure, and business-aligned solutions.

What You’ll Do

As a Software Development Supervisor, you’ll:

  • Lead internal and external development teams to deliver ERP applications and enhancements on time, within budget, and with high quality.
  • Oversee solution design, configuration, and integration across SAP and non-SAP platforms , with a strong focus on SAP BPC, SAP BW/4HANA, and S/4HANA .
  • Ensure robust, secure, and scalable ERP systems aligned with business goals.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and QA teams to translate business needs into technical solutions and support user acceptance testing.
  • Coach and mentor team members, manage performance, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning.

What You Bring

  • Extensive SAP experience : 8+ years in ERP technical development and integration, including SAP BW/4HANA, ABAP, EPM – BPC, Anaplan, and S/4HANA 1709+ .
  • 3+ years in a supervisory or project management role, with experience leading teams of 8 or more.
  • Strong technical expertise in SAP ABAP , BW/4HANA , and system integration with platforms like Ariba, Fieldglass, Salesforce, and ServiceNow.
  • Familiarity with SAP Finance processes from a user or configuration perspective.
  • Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams and delivering enterprise-level projects.
  • SAP Business Technology Platform
  • Advanced SAP Webdynpro Java, Netweaver Portal, Microsoft SharePoint, C#/.Net
  • Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA modules (Finance, Supply Chain, HR)
  • Certifications in ITIL, PMP, Agile methodologies
