Key Responsibilities

  • Design & Develop high-performing, scalable software solutions based on business and functional requirements.

  • Build and maintain clean, reusable code using best practices and modern software architectures.

  • Integrate and manage data storage solutions (SQL/NoSQL) to enhance application performance and user experience.

  • Ensure application quality , security, and responsiveness; troubleshoot and resolve bugs and performance issues.

  • Document technical specifications, user manuals, and maintenance guides for stakeholder support.

  • Collaborate with leadership on development strategies and assist in decision-making processes.

  • Lead and mentor junior developers, fostering best practices and team growth.

  • Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by the Development and Operations Head.

Qualifications (Summary)

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

  • minimum of 4 to 5+ years of experience in software development, especially with C#, .NET , and OOP.

  • Proven ability to design and build enterprise-level, scalable applications .

  • Proficient in HTML5, JavaScript, CSS3, SQL, and NoSQL technologies.

  • Strong knowledge of system integration , APIs, and modern architecture patterns.

  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities across teams.

  • Experienced in leading or mentoring development teams , including code reviews and task delegation.

  • Available to work on-site Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
