Job Summary The Business Systems & CRM Administrator will be responsible for customizing, optimizing, and automating workflows within our Zoho applications and other integrated business tools. This role will play a critical part in ensuring that our systems work seamlessly together, providing data-driven insights and automating manual processes to improve efficiency. The ideal candidate is experienced with Zoho (or similar CRMs), workflow automation, integrations, reporting, and scripting and enjoys working in a fast‑paced, high‑impact environment. Key Responsibilities Business Systems & CRM Administrator Manage and maintain Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, Zoho Analytics , and other business tools. Configure system settings, workflows, automation rules, permissions, and access controls. Ensure system reliability, data integrity, and process optimization for sales and support teams. Workflow Automation & Customization Build and enhance automated workflows and integrations across multiple business systems. Leverage Zoho Flow, APIs, Zapier , and other tools to streamline operations. Data & Reporting Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics in Zoho Analytics (or similar tools) to provide actionable insights into sales, customer support, and business operations. Ensure data accuracy and implement best practices for data management. System Integrations & Technical Support Integrate CRM, ticketing, and other business applications to improve efficiency and streamline processes. Work with APIs and webhooks to connect various tools and automate workflows. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for internal system users. Required Qualifications and Skills 2+ years of experience working with CRM platforms (Zoho preferred, but Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRMs are acceptable). Hands‑on experience with workflow automation and integrations using Zoho Flow, APIs, Zapier, or other automation tools . Strong analytical skills with experience in Zoho Analytics, Power BI, or similar reporting tools . Understanding of ticketing systems (Zoho Desk, Zendesk, ServiceNow, etc.) is a plus. Excellent problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills with a proactive mindset. Physical Demands and Work Environment This role is primarily sedentary with standard office conditions, requiring sitting for extended periods of time and occasionally lifting light objects (e.g., laptop, computer monitor).
