Position: Design Hardware Development Engineer, Cebu, Philippines.

What a typical day looks like
  • Ensure the implementation and maintenance of enterprise-wide technical architecture, systems usage, and maintenance to support next-generation technology integration into the architectural strategy.
  • Provide and size configuration assistance.
  • Evaluate the reliability of materials, properties, and techniques used in production.
  • Work under current business practices, processes, and procedures to fulfill internal customers’ requirements and expectations.
  • Identify future business opportunities for leveraging data storage and retrieval system capabilities to fulfill customer requirements.
  • Develop training and documentation for enterprise-wide systems use and maintenance.
  • Develop a plan for integrating next-generation technologies.
  • Provide direct supervision to exempt employees (e.g., technicians, designers, support personnel).
  • Implement appropriate HR strategies to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce.
Qualifications
  • Possesses a degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
