This position directly facilitates all aspects of the accounts receivable service to our clients, including invoicing, cash posting, credit/debit processing, deductions management, resolution of past due AR, client inquiries, documenting collection efforts, reconciling financial information, and addressing root causes of collections issues.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Provide support to the cash posting team
  • Complete timely collection efforts on past due AR for assigned clients
  • Document collection efforts clearly with appropriate supporting documents
  • Interact with clients professionally
  • Escalate items to clients or management when appropriate
  • Participate in periodic AR reviews with clients
  • Respond to client inquiries timely
  • Compile spreadsheets for internal/external use
  • Support client audits
  • All other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Bachelor\'s degree in related field preferred
  • 3-5 years AR experience
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Ability to learn various business systems
  • Experience in life science industry and supply chain

Salary: Up to Php60,000.00 per month
