Job Description

Role involves brand representation, product promotion, social media engagement, customer interaction, content creation, and supporting promotional events.

Responsibilities
  • Brand Representation: Serve as a positive representative of the brand at events, in-person interactions, and online. Promote the brand’s message and values consistently across all platforms.
  • Product Promotion and Awareness: Demonstrate and promote products or services to increase consumer awareness. Share product information and benefits with potential customers in a compelling and engaging manner.
  • Social Media Engagement: Regularly post and share brand-related content on social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, etc.). Engage with followers, answer questions, and create positive conversations about the brand. Use personal network and followers to expand the brand’s reach. Attend and support the company at trade shows, product launches, or promotional events. Engage with customers at events to promote products and create a lasting impression of the brand.
  • Customer Interaction and Relationship Building: Build relationships with customers, clients, and influencers to create trust and foster loyalty. Encourage feedback and pass it on to the brand’s marketing team to improve products or services.
  • Content Creation: Create engaging content, including photos, videos, and blog posts, that align with the brand’s image and messaging. Maintain a consistent online presence that reflects the brand’s image and tone. Assist with direct sales or promotions, online or in-person, by sharing discount codes, coupons, or special offers. Encourage purchases through word-of-mouth recommendations.
  • Qualifications and Attributes: Great communication skills and self-presentation (confident). At least 5'3" height. Graduate of any 4-year Bachelor’s Degree. Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and passionate about the brand.
  • Allied Skills: Excellent communication skills, negotiation, social media, customer relationship management, entertainment, branding, public speaking, written communication, sales, and marketing.
