Overview A Brand Ambassadress is responsible for promoting a brand, product, or service by engaging directly with customers, creating brand awareness, and driving sales. Acts as the face of the company at marketing events, activations, and promotional campaigns. Responsibilities Appearance & Personality: Well-groomed, presentable, and confident in engaging with different people. Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills in the required language(s). Sales & Marketing Ability: Experience in promotions, sales, or customer service is a plus. Interpersonal Skills: Outgoing, friendly, and persuasive personality. Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and interact with many customers. Team Player: Ability to work well with a team and follow directions from supervisors. Flexibility: Willing to work on weekends, evenings, and holidays, depending on event schedules. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience as a brand ambassador, sales associate, or customer service representative. Knowledge of the brand or industry being promoted.
