In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance, solving problems, and ensuring they have a positive experience with our products or services. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, etc. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods/tools. Resolve customer complaints by determining the cause, offering solutions, and following up to ensure resolution. Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve processes. Keep records of customer interactions and transactions. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities. Patience, empathy, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Proficiency with (specific tools/software, e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, Microsoft Office). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Language requirement: English.
