Job Title: Customer Support Representative Location: Philippines Department: Customer Support Job Overview: We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Customer Support Representative with 2-3 years of experience in the any industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of real estate processes and terminology, and be dedicated to providing top-tier service to clients, tenants, buyers, and sellers. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to resolve issues and inquiries efficiently while maintaining a professional and approachable demeanor. Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries related to property listings, rental agreements, purchase processes, and real estate transactions via phone, email, live chat, or in-person.
  • Assist clients with general questions regarding available properties, neighborhoods, and market trends.
  • Provide guidance on the documentation required for leases, sales, and other transactions in the any process.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns regarding property maintenance, lease terms, payment issues, or sales inquiries.
  • Coordinate with property management, brokers, and other departments to ensure timely resolution of issues or queries.
  • Keep customers updated on the status of properties, application processes, and timelines for rental or purchase agreements.
  • Document all customer interactions in CRM systems accurately, ensuring all information is up to date and relevant for internal teams.
  • Ensure that all customer complaints or issues are resolved efficiently, maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • Educate customers about real estate processes and services, helping them understand the next steps in their journey.
  • Follow up with customers after interactions to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Assist in organizing property showings, open houses, and other real estate-related events, ensuring smooth communication with potential buyers or renters.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to provide insights and feedback from customers on property preferences, issues, or market trends.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer support, preferably within the real estate sector.
  • Strong knowledge of terminology, processes, and documentation (e.g., lease agreements, contracts, purchase processes).
  • Excellent communication skills (phone, email, in-person), with the ability to explain complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
  • Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries or complaints efficiently.
  • Ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously while maintaining high-quality service.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems . (e.g., Zillow, , Property Management Systems).
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • A positive, friendly, and professional attitude when engaging with customers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a calm and patient demeanor.
