We are seeking a strategic and highly skilled Business Intelligence Lead to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the development and implementation of the company’s data strategy, ensuring robust infrastructure and accurate analysis across projects. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to identify key business questions, design analytics solutions, and transform raw data into actionable insights that drive smarter decisions and impactful strategies. With your expertise in BI tools, data visualization, and advanced analytics, you will lead the way in turning numbers into narratives, empowering the organization to stay agile and competitive. Responsibilities Design and implement a comprehensive business intelligence strategy aligned with company goals, including data collection, storage, and access protocols. Identify key business questions with stakeholders and create data collection methods; enforce data governance policies to ensure data quality, accuracy, and security. Develop interactive dashboards, insightful reports, and visualizations to present data clearly and understandably. Lead analysis of complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, insights, and KPIs; translate data into actionable insights that meet business needs. Administer and maintain BI software and hardware, including user access, security, and performance optimization; monitor data quality and integrity. Work with various departments to understand data needs, translate business requirements into analytical solutions, and present findings; provide support to colleagues on BI tools usage and data interpretation. Qualifications Open for fresh graduates or at least 2 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field (open for fresh graduates with strong academic background or internship experience). Proven experience in using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar). Strong SQL skills and knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts. Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus. Ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights. Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong problem‑solving skills and keen attention to detail.
