Our mission is to attract small businesses to Tide, convert them efficiently through best-in-class onboarding experiences, and guide them toward adopting additional products that deliver value. ABOUT THE CHALLENGE Tide is seeking an exceptional product leader to join our team in the Member Accession Marketing (MAM) speedboat. Member Accession Marketing focuses on helping entrepreneurs discover Tide, join seamlessly, and start benefiting from our platform. In this role, you’ll work with the team to design world-class onboarding and marketing experiences that connect micro, small & medium enterprises with the right tools to start, run, and grow their business. We want someone who is excited to join a rapidly growing scale-up and contribute to building acquisition journeys that scale across markets while delivering real value to our members. ABOUT THE ROLE Lead Product Manager responsibilities include: Drive key product domains from conception to implementation and beyond. Own the strategy, vision, and roadmap for your area through effective prioritization and collaboration with the Head of Product and leadership. Contribute to the development of new customer-facing and internal platform products, from greenfield concepts to refining existing solutions to achieve user value and business impact. Design solutions with a global mindset for an international user base (e.g., UK, India, Germany) across mobile and web platforms. Collaborate with the foundational platform team to improve overall user and product experiences and align with organizational priorities. Act as a cross-functional contributor with Design, Engineering, Data Analysts, Product Marketing, and other teams to deliver outcomes. Drive product discovery with Engineering and Design to identify opportunities, test concepts, and operationalize prototypes using qualitative and quantitative insights. Advocate for your product area by communicating strategy and updates to teams and stakeholders. Evangelise the voice of the customer to inform decisions and keep customer needs at the core. Provide mentorship to junior product managers and contribute to team growth as the organisation scales. Champion agile practices and contribute to improvements in product development processes and collaboration. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR This role is for you if you’re a seasoned product professional with a deep understanding of user-first product development, a hypothesis- and data-driven mindset, and a passion for iterative discovery and delivery. 10+ years of experience in product management, with hands-on involvement across the full lifecycle and iterative discovery and delivery. Strategic and execution-focused with a proven ability to drive product improvements and deliver measurable results. Enjoy hands-on product management and contributing to a scaling team. Able to identify opportunities for process or tool improvements and drive changes with agility. Comfortable navigating ambiguity and breaking down greenfield areas into actionable steps and milestones. Excellent communicator who can tailor messaging across all levels, including senior leadership, and are fluent in written and spoken English. Outcome-driven with focus on user and business value and ability to pivot strategies to stay aligned with goals. Passionate about delivering exceptional user experiences with attention to UX and end-to-end solutions. Ability to define and track key metrics using qualitative and quantitative data. Strong in product discovery, validating and iterating within problem and solution spaces. Able to simplify complexity and find innovative solutions amidst ambiguity. Experience with platform or foundational products and scaling across teams is preferred. Bonus: experience in startups/scale-ups/global products or FinTech. Bonus: technical experience or education to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
