About the Role As part of our Oracle Specialists , you’ll play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing Oracle solutions for global clients. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams to solve complex business challenges, leverage Oracle technologies to drive efficiency, and support digital transformation initiatives. Work Setup Hybrid (2–3× a week RTO in Makati) Work Shift Day Shift Experience Levels We’re looking for experienced Oracle consultants across functional and technical domains, from Consultants to Associate Director levels . Key Responsibilities Implement, configure, and support Oracle applications (ERP, HCM, SCM, Finance, Fusion/ Tech Dev modules) . Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Oracle solutions. Develop and maintain customizations, reports, and integrations across Oracle systems. Perform system upgrades, patches, and routine platform maintenance. Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring minimal downtime. Collaborate with IT and business teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions. Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support across project teams. Drive process improvement and innovation by leveraging Oracle best practices and new features. Qualifications Has a minimum of 5 years experience with Oracle applications (ERP, HCM, SCM, Finance, Fusion/ Tech Dev modules) . Hands‑on expertise in Oracle implementation, development, or functional consulting. Experience with incident resolution, system enhancements, and platform upgrades. Knowledge of business processes in finance, HR, supply chain, or project management. For senior roles: leadership experience in managing teams and enterprise‑scale Oracle projects.
