Your Role

As a Team Leader, you will drive operational excellence, ensuring your team meets performance, productivity, and quality targets. You\'ll coach, support, and guide your team while actively participating in day-to-day operations.

Your Responsibilities
  • Monitor team performance and report insights to the Manager
  • Communicate assignments, milestones, and deadlines clearly
  • Identify training needs and relay them to the Manager
  • Address attendance and behavioral concerns
  • Coordinate resource and supply requests
  • Foster team unity and efficiency
  • Motivate and support team members
  • Prepare and present reports
  • Lead and participate in team meetings
  • Manage first-level escalations
  • Monitor and reallocate workloads as needed
Your Skills and Experiences
  • Bachelor’s degree holder
  • 2+ years of experience in Logistics, Freight Forwarding, or Supply Chain
  • Proven leadership or management experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
  • People-oriented with a collaborative mindset
