Job Description: We’re looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior Operations Specialist to join our Operations team and ensure efficiency across departments. This role is central to managing workflows, coordinating team activities, and assisting with operational processes tied to client management, project execution, and marketing support. Job Responsibilities: Support daily operations, ensuring tasks and processes are completed efficiently. Assist in project coordination and monitor progress on deliverables. Help manage client communications and account updates. Organize and facilitate team meetings, ensuring follow-ups are completed. Support recruitment, onboarding, and fulfillment of talent needs. Contribute to the planning and execution of marketing initiatives. Maintain accurate records, reports, and operational documentation. What we\'re looking for A college graduate with a degree in Business, Operations, Analytics, or a related field Must be based in Cebu Has at least 1-year relevant work experience in Operations, Project Management, and Administrative Tasks Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes with consistency Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage projects, clients, and cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Proficiency in business management and project management software.
