-Implements the Prospects Conversion Plan using various techniques/
approaches and applying customer service principles
-Undertakes the sales process in accordance with prescribed guidelines
and procedural requirements and standards :
a. Rapport building
b. Consulting
c. Product Presentation/Demonstration or Test Drive
d. Objection Handling and Negotiating
e. Closing
f. Pre-Delivery Inspection in coordination with PDI Unit
g. Vehicle Delivery and Hand-over Process
h. Post Sales Follow-up
-Ensures that the sales targets are met or exceeded within the given
timeline :
a. Sales of brand new cars
b. Ancillary sales (financing and insurance)
c. Synergy sales (AUTOHUB products and services)
d. Used Cars
-Attends to all the sales documentation requirements and coordinates with other units for supporting documents to be provided by them
-Submits regular sales performance reports to the Sales Supervisor as required by the Company , AUTOHUB and the Plant/Manufacturer
-Elevates to the Sales Supervisor any sales-related issue or concern which cannot be resolved at her/his level
-Undertakes study of potential market of the products to be sold.
-Formulates and implements appropriate prospecting strategies
-Ensures that target number of prospects per month is met
-Identifies/ secures all pertinent information about the potential pros-pects and list them down in the Prospects Information Sheet and Tracking Form and provides a copy to the Sales Supervisor
-Analyzes data generated and classify prospects into potential and non-potential prospective customers or hot, warm and cold type of prospects
-Prepares an effective Prospects Conversion Plan
