Recruit, train, mentor, and manage the sales team. Motivate the team to meet or exceed sales goals and quotas. Create and manage the sales department budget, monitor sales performance, and set sales goals and quotas. Produce sales forecasts and reports for executive leadership and analyze market trends, customer demand, and competitor activity.
