Warehouse Recon and Claims Specialist (PHS Isabela) Shopee Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines Responsibilities: Perform regular audits to verify warehouse inventory accuracy. Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical inventory and system records. Update inventory management systems with adjustments and corrections as needed. Conduct reconciliation of incoming and outgoing items and/or orders to ensure accurate documentation. Collaborate with other warehouse staff and stakeholders to address operational inefficiencies contributing to discrepancies. Manage and monitor personnel assigned to the team. Generate inventory reports and maintain accurate records of all reconciliation activities. Support and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance inventory accuracy and minimize errors. Conduct regular reports in relation to assigned tasks. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, or related field. 2–3 years of experience in reconciliation, inventory management, or warehouse operations. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in fast-paced environments. Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills. Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and negotiation skills. Strong analytical ability to review large data sets and identify reconcilable items and discrepancies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs). Ability to manage multiple reconciliation tasks simultaneously and consistently meet deadlines. Strong communication skills with proven stakeholder management experience. High attention to detail and accuracy in reporting and documentation. Willingness to be assigned to different warehouse locations or operational area as needed. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is an advantage. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
