Key Responsibilities Supervise and support the daily activities of the sales team (retail, field, or B2B) to achieve assigned sales targets. Develop and execute sales strategies to promote telco products. Monitor team performance through KPIs, prepare sales reports, and provide coaching for continuous improvement. Conduct regular field visits to ensure sales coverage, compliance, and service quality. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth. Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and service delivery. Handle escalated customer issues professionally and resolve them efficiently. Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and brand standards. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. experience preferably in the telecommunications Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
