In this role, your mission is to ensure the financial health of client accounts. You will make a direct impact by:

  • Reviewing and processing work orders and invoices to ensure accuracy.
  • Managing accounts receivable collections and issuing monthly statements.
  • Reconciling customer accounts to resolve disputes and maintain financial integrity.

This Role Is for You If…

Experience:

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable.

Technical Skills:

  • You are experienced in using Adobe Reader and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
  • Familiarity with NetSuite is a plus.

Non-Negotiables:

  • You are willing to start ASAP.
  • You are amenable to a night shift schedule.
