Responsibilities: Assist in the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday modules such as HCM, Payroll, Benefits, or Financials. Serve as a point of contact for clients during Workday implementation projects, ensuring their requirements are met. Collaborate with senior consultants and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions. Support system integrations between Workday and other applications. Participate in troubleshooting and issue resolution during and post-implementation. Required Skills: Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or related courses from reputable university or college institution. Has at least 5 years in-depth experience and proven track record in implementing Workday modules in Core HR, Core, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Talent and Performance, Absence, Time Tracking, Recruiting, Reports etc. At least 5 years implementing Workday in business processes design, security configuration, etc. in the full life cycle (requirement analysis, solution design, drive testing, post-go- live support) following the Workday methodology and internal and external auditing standards. Business focused, with the ability to communicate and convey messages to both technical and business stakeholders; has the ability to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience in a way that is relevant, easy to consume and compelling. Has experience in working with and leading teams in onshore. Additional Notes: This position will be working with global organization of independent professional services firms providing Audit, Tax and Advisory services.
