This role requires a strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. You will be the face of our company, ensuring our motorcycles are running smoothly and our customers are satisfied. Responsibilities Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot electric motorcycles in the field. Qualifications Education: Vocational training or an Associate\'s degree in a related field (e.g., Automotive Technology, Electrical Technology, Motorcycle Mechanics) preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience: 2+ years of experience in motorcycle maintenance and repair, preferably with electric vehicles. Experience with electrical systems, diagnostics, and troubleshooting is essential. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics. Knowledge of motorcycle maintenance procedures and best practices. Familiarity with electric vehicle technology is a significant advantage. Welding and fabrication skills are a plus. Other Skills: Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented and organized. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver\'s license with a clean driving record. Motorcycle endorsement preferred. Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
