Pag-asa Steel Works, Inc. seeks an Electrician who will be responsible for undertaking preventive maintenance work, lubrication, cleaning, repair, and assisting the Electrical Foreman in performing troubleshooting and repairs of electrical equipment and machineries.

Preferred candidates will exhibit the following:

  • Bachelor's Degree, or an equivalent combination of education and/or relevant prior experience (vocational or trade school graduates may apply)
  • At least, six months to one year in Equipment Maintenance Work, preferably in a steel manufacturing plant or industrial set-up
  • Knowledge in basic electrical skills, electrical troubleshooting, and mechanical machine repair
  • Knowledge in interpreting schematic diagrams, and differentiating normal and abnormal condition of a machine
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong project management, time management (prioritization) skills, and troubleshooting skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), experience with ERP software a plus
