On Call Electrician

The Electrician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing all electrical systems and equipment within GEM Corporation's food-manufacturing facility and office building. This role is on-call and reports to the Building Administrator under the HR Department, ensuring both production equipment and building electrical systems remain safe and fully operational.

• Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical wiring, panels, motors, lighting, and control systems for production and office facilities.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and maintain accurate maintenance logs.
• Perform building-wide electrical upkeep (e.g., lighting, backup power systems, emergency lighting).
• Respond promptly to emergency calls and electrical issues outside regular hours.
• Ensure compliance with the Philippine Electrical Code and all workplace safety standards.
• Coordinate maintenance activities and report directly to the Building Admin.

• PRC-licensed Registered Master Electrician (RME) or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of industrial or building-maintenance experience; food-manufacturing background preferred.
• Familiarity with PLCs, three-phase systems, and preventive maintenance practices.
• Ability to work flexible hours and render overtime when required.

• Regular Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8 hours/day (e.g., 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., 1-hour lunch).

• On-Call / Project-Based, with the possibility of regularization depending on performance and company growth.
