Job Description : As PMO you will be part of our Project Delivery team that is dedicated to managing IT implementation projects for new and existing clients. You will provide a variety of internal services to support the projects team, especially in controlling and supplier management.

Your Mission

  • Support of the project team in budgeting and controlling processes (initial definition and tracking of program costs)
  • Coordinate with legal, procurement and sub-contractors to support internal processes
  • Support the projects team to satisfy internal reporting requirements
  • Track and follow up on tasks and issues of the program management
  • Manage resources (roll on / roll off / availability), onboarding and training
  • Organize meetings, workshops and steering committees
  • Use Avaloq GIM tool as appropriate
  • Support Partner Management in commercials and creation of SOWs
  • Prepare and present reports for senior leadership on project status
  • Support definition and writing of project requests and change requests
  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor or master’s degree in Computer Science or Business Administration
  • 3-5 years of PMO or similar experience
  • Experience in supporting complex programs, vendor/client relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; capable of executive-level reporting
  • Experience reporting to C-suite
  • Strong business and financial acumen including Excel
  • Articulate and confident in delivering challenging content
  • Team player; proactive to avoid issues
  • Ability to mentor less experienced staff

Asset Management Specialist

The purpose of this role is to facilitate, coordinate and verify the accurate return of IT hardware used for customer service support. The employee will work with multiple groups across the organization, from entry level to Senior Leadership. This requires attention to detail, weekly meeting attendance, and the ability to complete repetitive tasks. The technician will communicate with employees to ensure safe and swift return of hardware assets and troubleshoot gaps or errors in the process.

Skill Requirements :

  • Experience with hardware IT Asset Management (ITAM) and/or logistics
  • Experience with ServiceNow or an IT Service Management database
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook)
  • Experience with automation tools, Power BI for dashboards, and shipping portals (e.g., FedEx) a plus
  • Experience with internal asset tracking tools
  • Experience developing, deploying and monitoring Asset Management processes
  • Ability to write and speak English
