Your Role Here’s what you will be doing: Help Snappr expand to new markets by supporting customers worldwide. Answer questions about the photoshoot process and resolve scheduling issues. Work with photographers to resolve disputes around the results of their photoshoots. Adapt to shifting job duties in a start-up environment based on customer needs. Take ownership of Snappr's growth and do whatever it takes to get the job done. About You What you\'ll need: Bilingual proficiency in written and spoken English. BPO experience is a plus. Fresh graduates and career shifters are welcome to apply. Track and monitor CSAT scores, identifying trends and areas for improvement. Fantastic phone manners and email etiquette. A "let\'s get it done" mindset. Ability to balance attention to detail with swift execution. Willingness to report 100% onsite in Ortigas and work on a shifting schedule.
