Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Proven experience as an Operations Specialist or similar role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements. Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and accuracy. Strong decision-making abilities. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Experience in project management. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure. Strong leadership and team management skills. Experience with data analysis and reporting. Knowledge of supply chain management. Ability to develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs). Willingness to continuously learn and improve.
