Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of designers to deliver cohesive, high-impact visual content. Develop engaging visual assets for product listings, promotional banners, web & email graphics, social media and print catalogs. Oversee and contribute to multimedia design projects, including motion graphics, short video clips, and interactive content. Design promotional materials for sales events, seasonal campaigns, and new product launches. Optimize website and multimedia content to enhance user experience and conversion rates. Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to ensure visuals align with brand strategy and business goals. Establish and maintain brand consistency across all visual channels. Stay current with design trends, emerging tools, and best practices in e-commerce and multimedia design. Qualifications At least 4 years of professional design experience, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or senior design role. Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably within an e-commerce or digital marketing environment. Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva or similar). Excellent sense of typography, color, layout, and visual storytelling. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects and guide others effectively. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the confidence to present ideas and provide feedback constructively. #J-18808-Ljbffr
