Content Specialist

Overview Content Specialist | Content Operations. The Content Specialist participates in an Editorial or Content Operations team and assists in the creation and/or acquisition, preparation and delivery of assigned content and information for creating products and product functionality in all publication media (print or electronic). What you will do Publishing: Analyzing, keying, converting, coding, copyreading, editing, merging, rendering, loading, or validating data. Supports team publishing goals by meeting deadlines. Quality Control: Ensures accuracy and completeness of work product. All work will be checked until competent process knowledge is developed. Individual and Team Skills: Attend and participate in team meetings, prioritize own work, and participate in performance management processes (e.g., peer reviews, self-evaluation). Content acquisition: Acquire manuscripts or core content, analyze manuscripts and electronic files, coding (mark-up of data) and resolving coding errors, manuscript editing, compiling and editing content, proofreading and copy reading, quality control and verification. About You Strong analytical skills with the ability to accurately key, convert, code, and edit data. Proficient in copyreading, proofreading, and editing, with a keen eye for detail to ensure quality and accuracy of content. Ability to work under tight deadlines and support team publishing goals effectively. Experience in content acquisition, including manuscript analysis, coding, and error resolution. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to participate actively in team meetings and performance management processes. Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks independently while maintaining high standards of work quality and completeness. Candidates must be willing to work in McKinley Hill, Taguig — 2 days in the office, 3 days at home. Must be a Bachelor's degree holder. Must be willing to work on any shift and shifting schedule.
