The ideal candidate is a skilled writer who can craft engaging, high-quality content for digital, social media, and internal campaigns. Key Responsibilities Write and edit compelling copy for social media , blogs , ads , and web content . Create persuasive materials for marketing, recruitment, and engagement campaigns . Develop captions, carousels, infographics, and email content . Proofread and edit to ensure clarity, tone, and accuracy. Collaborate with the team to support global and internal communications. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing , Communications , Journalism , or related field. 2–4 years experience in digital publishing and social media content creation (non‑internship). Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Experience with BPO or global content creation is a plus. Excellent command of written and spoken English . Must not be a former Teleperformance employee (direct or via third party). Amenable to on‑site work in EDSA Greenfield and night shift .
