• Collaborate with IT, engineering, legal, data management, HR, and business leaders to integrate security considerations into processes.
• On-call/shift-based duties to support 24x7 operations; communicate incident status to stakeholders and ensure adherence to SLAs.
• Perform vulnerability assessments, threat hunting, threat intelligence analysis, and regular security controls monitoring; participate in onboarding and configuration reviews for new clients or services.
• Basic to advanced understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, QoS, etc.) and cloud/security concepts; scripting (Python, Bash, SQL) and automation experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent work experience. Fresh graduates may apply for some roles.
• Experience levels vary by posting (ranging from 1–5+ years) with emphasis on security operations, incident response, and SOC activities.
• Certifications such as CISSP, GIAC, CEH, CySA+, Security+ or cloud security certifications are desirable; specific postings list required or preferred certifications.
