About the role Global Payments Process Centre, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Accounting Supervisor for Settlements to join our growing team in Quezon City Metro Manila. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in analysing and optimising our accounting processes, working closely with our finance and technology teams. What you'll be doing Lead settlement accounting close, reconciliations, and compliance. Ensure GAAP/IFRS/SOX adherence and data quality. Drive variance resolution and risk mitigation. Coach and develop settlement accountants. Advance automation and process transformation. Review/approve reconciliations and JEs; oversee month‑end close. Ensure timely reporting, variance/watchlist escalation, and quality control. Serve as escalation point; lead deep‑dive investigations. Support internal/external audits and regulatory requirements. Lead projects/migrations; UAT/SIT and SOP development. What we're looking for Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Accountancy. With 4+ years accounting experience; 1+ year supervisory experience. Strong knowledge in GAAP/IFRS/SOX; ERP and reconciliation tools experience. MS Excel proficiency; automation awareness.
