Position Summary A Workday HCM Reporting Analyst is responsible for creating, managing, and maintaining reports within Workday Human Capital Management (HCM). This role typically involves working with data related to workforce management, absence and time-tracking, recruiting, talent management, and other human resources functions. Duties and Accountabilities Report Creation & Management: Building custom reports and dashboards based on requirements within Workday to meet business needs. System Configuration & Optimization: Collaborating with other HRIS team members to configure and optimize Workday HCM to ensure the reporting system is working effectively. Compliance & Security: Ensuring reports are built in compliance with privacy regulations and organizational security standards. Collaboration with Stakeholders: Working closely with HR, Technology, and business leaders to understand their reporting needs and requirements. Qualifications Key Skills & Qualifications: Experience with Workday, report writing, communication, HR process knowledge, and attention to detail. Experience with Prism reporting would also be desirable. Location & Reporting This role is based in Manila and reports to the HRIS Manager. #J-18808-Ljbffr
