Location: Taguig Team: Commerce ops Employment Type: Regular Job Code: A C About the Team The Agency Partnerships team is a high-impact group responsible for driving the growth and success of creator and affiliate monetization. We collaborate closely with agency executives, KOL networks, and internal leadership to design and implement long-term growth strategies. As champions of the creator economy, we play a vital role in shaping sustainable business models for MCNs across key verticals and ensuring the voice of creators is represented throughout the organization. Responsibilities Define and own the overall strategy for MCN and affiliate partner development, aligning with organizational growth targets and market expansion priorities. Drive long-term planning, forecasting, and prioritization across talent acquisition, creator monetization, and agency partnerships. Lead the recruitment, enablement, and performance management of top-tier MCNs and agencies to grow creator engagement and commercial output on the platform. Establish and nurture executive-level relationships with key MCNs, agencies, and strategic partners to unlock growth opportunities and cross-border collaboration. Serve as a senior stakeholder working closely with marketing, product, seller, and operations teams to develop and launch scalable creator programs, tools, and monetization features. Act as a trusted advisor to internal teams and a key decision-maker in strategic roadmap planning related to the affiliate/creator ecosystem. Build operating frameworks, data dashboards, incentive models, and success metrics for MCNs and affiliates. Define operational policies, compliance standards, and partner tiering to ensure quality, consistency, and integrity within the ecosystem. Leverage business development, creator marketing, and performance analytics to develop holistic monetization models for creators and partners. Own the commercial performance of the MCN and affiliate channel, including GMV contribution, creator ROI, and retention metrics. Qualifications Possess a Bachelor's degree or greater, with a minimum of 5 years experience in e-commerce business or the Affiliate/MCN industry. A broad knowledge of KOL/MCN trends is essential. Capable of leading cross functional teams, managing stakeholder relationships with excellent business negotiation skills, resource integration capabilities, and the ability to negotiate with senior partner managers while aligning internal resources. Deep understanding of the creator economy, especially working with live streamers, macro KOLs, or talent networks within commerce platforms. Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and decision-making skills with the ability to influence at the executive level. Excellent data literacy and ability to interpret, forecast, and report business performance using data. Preferred: experience in brand-side work and knowledge of brands and products. Preferred: demonstrated success in launching or scaling creator affiliate programs with measurable impact on revenue and platform engagement.
