This role will lead the following across all Business Units in Unilever Philippines. 1. Agency Management Manage the operations and performance of Media Agency of Record. Optimize workflows and organization design to maximize performance across all Business Units Ensure compliance of agency to Unilever MSA and audit requirements Liaise across Business Units to deploy One-Unilever initiatives, ranging from partner commitments to shared capabilities and fees 2. Partner Management Lead the negotiation with JBP media partners on behalf of all Business Units Manage partner relationship and ensure alignment of partnerships to both Unilever and Business Unit agenda 3. Data Governance Chair the Data and AI Governance Council in the Philippines, ensuring compliance to both Philippines and internal data mandatories. A Data and AI Governance Council helps ensure cross-functional alignment and accountability by bringing together key stakeholders—such as marketing, legal, data, and IT—to address strategic priorities, regulatory updates, and operational risks. Qualifications Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in media, communications, or network operations Demonstrated success in collaborating with media teams both internal and external organizations Strong track record of building partnerships with agencies, business units (BUs), and cross-functional stakeholders Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to drive alignment Solid understanding of data governance principles and best practices We highly encourage applicants to exclude information on age, gender, and school/s in view of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion.
