Overview LennorHive Muntinlupa City, National Capital Region, Philippines Energy Storage Sales Manager (Photovoltaic) - Southeast Asia role with a Global Energy Storage Company, positioned to drive growth in the Southeast Asia region by developing distributor and reseller networks, enabling partners, and ensuring customers gain access to innovative energy storage solutions. What We're Looking For Education: Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Electrical Engineering, New Energy, International Trade or related fields are preferred. Experience: More than 3 years of sales experience in the energy storage/photovoltaic industry. Priority given to candidates with customer resources in the designated region (USA, UK or ASEAN). Language: Proficiency in native language and English; Chinese language skills are a plus. Familiarity with energy storage subsidy policies and grid standards of the designated region (USA, UK or ASEAN). Technical foundation in lithium batteries/PCS, and ability to independently demonstrate technical solutions. Skilled at developing clients via tools such as LinkedIn. Strong ability to work under pressure and willingness to travel frequently. Responsibilities Market research on energy storage products in the designated region (USA, UK or ASEAN); gather information on competitor dynamics, policies and regulations, and customer demand. Formulate regional sales strategies and develop new customers, including channel partners, end users, EPC contractors, etc. Maintain strategic customer relationships, visit key customers regularly, and coordinate resolution of after-sales issues. Achieve annual sales targets; lead tender document preparation and business negotiations. Monitor project payment collections to ensure timely payments. Collaborate with the technical support team to customize energy storage solutions (e.g., off-grid systems, peak-valley arbitrage). Work with the project manager to develop project plans, manage schedules, costs and deliveries. Collaborate with Branding/Public Relations to plan regional industry exhibitions.
