Client Account Assistant Manager - Work From Home (Makati, NCR)

Vericle Corporation, a US-based Health IT and RCM service company with an EHR software product and medical billing BPO, is seeking a self-driven client account manager assistant to build and scale the enterprise. Compensation includes a competitive base salary, fringe benefits, and growth-based bonuses.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in building and managing strong client relationships throughout the client lifecycle; maximize testimonials and referrals and minimize attrition.
  • Promote teamwork with providers; serve as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) to EHR developers, training staff, and RCM analysts for practice owners and office staff.
  • Help practice owners reach business goals using Vericle software and services; improve client profitability across RCM, office workflow, compliance, EHR configuration, patient scheduling, and documentation.
  • Discover and troubleshoot client practice management and RCM problems.
  • Teach practice owners how to use Vericle’s embedded analytics and third-party apps to enhance profitability, patient flow, compliance, and billing processes.
  • Build state-of-the-art CRM processes and systems to improve professionalism and scalability of Vericle systems and services.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of Client Account Management for a medical billing BPO.
  • Experience managing multiple US healthcare provider relationships.
  • Knowledgeable in healthcare insurance policy concepts; familiar with US medical insurance industry and claims processing.
  • Knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS; understand CMS-1500 and UB-04 claim formats.
Skills
  • Motivated self-starter; strong problem-solving and learning skills.
  • Team-oriented; excellent verbal and written communication; conflict resolution skills.
  • Comfortable working in Eastern Time.
Notes
  • Stable internet connection of at least 5 Mbps.
  • Comfortable working US business hours.
  • Own a laptop with at least 8 GB memory.
